1. Where does Gadcheap ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these countries.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days via trusted carriers like CJPacket, ePacket, and USPS.

3. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track it on our website or directly through the shipping carrier’s site.

4. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at 📧 gadgexyz@gmail.com.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as needed.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund so you can buy the correct item.

7. What items are non-returnable?

Custom items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

8. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, and are working on adding support for Visa, Mastercard, and other credit cards very soon.
